We have just completed 52 years of Harvest Festival® Original Art & Craft Shows touring indoor venues in major markets. The 2025 tour includes Northern and Southern California and Tucson, Arizona. Our exhibitors are juried for handmade products, and we have category limitations to increase your opportunity for success.
Climate controlled indoor environment with a concentrated floorplan to ensure good traffic flow, as opposed to a rambling street; one set up and tear down and security.
Shows range in size from 120-230* exhibits with an 75% exhibitor return rate and a paid gate ensures qualified buyers who come to shop for unique items and enjoy the show experience.
One of the largest marketing budgets of all arts and craft shows with extensive efforts in all media — TV, Print, Radio and social media. Marketing activity includes an extensive direct mail program of over 100,000 pieces, e-blast bulletins, special promotions & partnerships, and social media networking. Public Relations agents promote both the artists and the shows. We have a captive website audience of thousands of visitors annually.
Harvest Festival is proud to have been able to maintain the same booth pricing for the last 22 years. Through twists and turns in the industry, the constant rise in cost of goods and services, and even a pandemic, we've managed to sustain.
With that being said, it is time to institute a change in the structure of our booth pricing. The same great price will be offered from February 1st thru June 30tH as in years past. However, moving forward we will have "Early Bird" pricing, which is a 10% discount on our standard rates (all of January) and "Late Sign-up" pricing which begins July 1st. Please see the grid to the left for a better understanding.
NEW ARTISTS, please navigate to the "New Artist" tab on our site as this pricing does not apply to you. This page is located under APPLY TO EXHIBIT.
